Is there a cancellation fee?

Although there is no cancellation fee, deposits are non-refundable for all cancellations. This is to best serve our on-demand and maintenance program customers.

Can you remove/get rid of mold?

Forward detailing is proud to offer complete mold removal services for the interior of your car or other vehicle. There is an additional charge of $150 for complete mold removal services.

Is there a fee for appointments that take longer than expected?

The first 3 hours are included for every full detailing service. Services that last longer than this are subject to pay $50 per additional hour.

The first 2 hours are included for every interior detailing service. Services that last longer than this are subject to pay $50 per additional hour.

How many hours does an Interior & Exterior Detailing service take?

A mobile Interior & Exterior Detailing service may take approximately 2-3 hours. 3 hours of service is included per booking, with $50 every additional hour charged for labor costs.

How many hours does an Interior Detailing take?

A mobile Interior Detailing service may take approximately 2-2.5 hours. However, 3 hours of service is included per booking, with $50 every additional hour charged for labor costs.

What areas do you service for mobile detailings?

Forward Detailing provides mobile detailing service to all residents within a 15 mile service radius area from its home base. We are not able to conveniently take bookings beyond this radius, we apologize. Feel free to if you have any regarding questions.

What forms of payments are accepted?

We currently accept cash, checks, and all major debit/credit cards. Our payment processor is Stripe.Forward Detailing has a cash discount incentive of 4%. All detailing services are priced for cash payments. Bookings made with a credit/debit card will receive a small non-cash adjustment which will be displayed on your final receipt.

What is the 4% non-cash adjustment fee?

We provide a 4% discount for all bookings paid full in cash. This incentive is to help our business as processing card payments cost our business per transaction.However, we still happily accept all major credit/debit card payments. Bookings made with a credit/debit card will receive a 4% non-cash adjustment fee which will be displayed on your final receipt (all deposits are not subject to the 4% non-cash adjustment fee.For example, if a $50 initial deposit is made with a debit or credit card and the remaining balance is paid in cash, there will NOT be a 4% fee. If both the initial deposit and remaining balance are paid with a debit/credit card, the 4% non-cash adjustment fee will be applied.
